Fast & efficient, the interview lasted 20 minutes. It took place in the store itself. Interviewer was friendly and supportive of the process by offering drinks and giving me time to respond to the questions

Tell me about a time where you experienced good customer service
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Had to do 1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team, how would you describe yourself etc

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
