Ho mandato CV tramite annuncio su LinkedIn. Sono stato ricontattato dopo poco (1 settimana). Prima chiamata via telefono e poi incontro presso i loro uffici (molto belli). Ho sostenuto il colloquio con HR e manager dello store. Le domande del colloquio sono situazionali e mi hanno spinto a raccontare aneddoti delle mie esperienze passate. È stato bello, non banale e una conversazione con scambi reciproci.

Racconta una situazione in cui eri in disaccordo con il tuo manager. Cosa hai fatto?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
