The process was pretty average and the interviewer was nice. They first email some basic questions then if they like ur answers for those you get an in person interview. It was a normal interview then they said they would reach out by the end of the week to lmk if i got a second interview but i just never heard back from them. I would have appreciated a call just to know that i didn't get the job rather than waiting by the phone like a desperate teenager for a call i never got.

Question 1
what is one time you exceeded a customer's expectations
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
