Easy and super simple to understand, a good learning opportunity. Happy to have had the opportunity to try it. Just be responsible, be mature, and you will succeed. Also remember to be super friendly and engaging with the interviewer.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
