Interview
Asked basic customer service questions, how you deal with conflict, how you deal with fast paced environments. It was a really straightforward interview process and as long as you have some experience and express interest in people and coffee you should do fine.
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
