Easy and simple. In-person interview with structured questions. Few scenario questions and just mostly a human conversation. It really made the process easy. I liked interviewing there. It was a breezy process and then I didn't have to wait long to hear back!

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
