Expect to answer scenario based questions, not so much about your background, have fun they are very understanding about your situation, ask about availability, and when you can start, ask about situations involving previous costumer service experience, and describing times about confrontation and so on

Whats your availability look like for the next 5 months

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
