I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Starbucks (Torrance, CA) in May 2011
Interview
It starts off with an online application, followed by an online quiz. The quiz's questions revolve around what you would do in situations, i.e. customers, and goes over some P&L report questions, which is timed. After this part you are contacted by a recruiter who will do a quick phone interview with you and set up a more in depth interview. After the phone interview is an in person interview with two district managers.
