For the interview , I brought home baked cookies and a coffee press completely prepped for a coffee tasting. There were the standard retail questions like “tell me about a time...” but 90% of the interview was just having a conversation. The manager was really testing to see if she would enjoy working with me since I already had a recommendation from my store manager on performance.
