Dos entrevistas telefónicas, la segunda demasiado larga a sabiendas habría que repetir todo nuevamente en la siguiente presencial...en la última ésta presencial te relevan el proceso de crecimiento que vas a tener que tener para llegar al cargo por el que fuiste convocado...una pérdida de tiempo...pretenden que mandos medios se desarrollen demasiado tiempo desde el puesto más bajo...cuando todos sabemos que no es necesario para comprender como desarrollar bien la tarea de supervisor tener que trapear...es un engaño contractual para sacarte por dos mangos si no les gustas en el cargo correspondiente.

Interview
I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
