Interview
Included an application online and then an in-person interview. Focused primarily on people skills, both regarding how you work with a team and how you do with customers. Just required being cheerful and social and open to learning.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
