Very pleasant. Took a bit to hear back after submitting my initial application, but I had a phone interview and after that it moved quickly. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and enthusiastic. Not too difficult.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
