2 entrevistas, una con el gerente de tienda y el con el gerente del distrito, super tranquilo, preguntas triviales de ti vida y de pq te gustaría trabajar en la empresa, si tenes experiencia en lo más mínimo aporta a la entrevista
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

They asked how I would handle fast paced environments
very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
