Interviewed by 3 managers with several questions pertaining to customer service and how I would handle customer complaints. The focus was mainly on how adaptable I could be to fit customer needs.
Digital video interview process once received offer letter will be received. Easy o live assessment must pass , asking tell me about a time questions no live person . Mention skills and experience

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
