I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
The process is pretty straight forward. After I applied I was selected to do assessments. After assessments I did a video interview. The video interview is about 5 questions and you film your answer. They let you review your answer and refill it if necessary. This was right before the pandemic so after that the process really stalled. They occasionally sent me and email letting me know that they were still reviewing or that hiring was paused. Finally last week, I got an email asking for a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of the interviewing talking about the job for 30 minutes. There was a lot of opportunity to ask questions. I was offered a position at the end of the interview and received my offer letter within the hour.
Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
Two panels of three people. Not very difficult. Typical questions that you would expect. Basic scenarios around coworkers, calls, decision making. It was many years ago. I’m sure it has changed by now
