I applied online and I received a call 2 days later performing the first interview at the moment. Then they called me back to say that i passed to the 2nd step. Some days after the 2nd interview i received an email saying that they chose someone else. The 3d interview would have been face to face.

My professional and education background and motivations, expected salary at the 1st interview. At the 2nd they asked financial questions like what is a bond, main elements of financial statement and situations at work, how I handled difficult situation and expected salary again with imminent deadline.
