Interview
A recruiter from State Street contacted me and arranged for a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, then a date for one-on-one interview is scheduled. The one-on-one interview was with two managers who asked a combination of general and situational questions. The culture seemed pretty laid back and the managers were very friendly.
The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.
Straight forward 2 round interviews. Usual HR screening and Skills interview. Passed it fairly easily. Recommend doing some skills interview practice. Give as much as practical experience examples with Star approach.
The first stage is a phone interview with HR in English.
