I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Aug 2017
Interview
Timely response to resume I submitted this summer. Interview setup was also timely. Had a positive experience at the actual interview---the structure and content was as many others have described here. Got an email immediately after stating I would be getting an offer--yay! This is where the process then fell apart. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. In my interview, they mentioned a Sept 2018 training, so I decided to follow up, as Sept was approaching. Got an email stating I was in the queue for a Feb 2018 training session-----six months after my interview! The email also stated if this timing didn't work for me, I could feel free to discontinue their process.
OK, it is bad enough that this job pays 15 bucks per hour. I spent time and thought in creating my Pinterest board and preparing for the interview. I took the interview seriously----I have an MBA and significant job experience from my life before kids. It is no wonder other folks have mentioned the high turnover----based on the pay rate and how unprofessional the HR process is.....no wonder. I hope higher levels of management are aware of how the Stitch Fix brand is being presented to the public---embarrassing! BTW, my Burger King down the street is paying almost the same pay rate. LOL.
