I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI) in Feb 2013
Interview
After initial contact via a job fair, there will be a quick in person interview that will lead to a phone interview. The phone interview is intended to understand the way you think. If the phone interview goes well (takes about 1 hour) you will be invited onsite for an entire day of interviews. The company is relatively efficient in getting back to interviewees.

Question 1
Do you enjoy collaborating with people? Provide an example within the last week.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you had to handle a challenging situation at work?
Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
