By far the most unprofessional experience of my life. Go to Starbucks meet with one other person talk about a job. The main qualification for the job was having working thumbs. But yet we still had to talk about pointless things. Even talked about where the interviewers grandparents grew up. Unless you know someone on the inside they just put you through the process to waste time and increase numbers

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
