Interview
A recruiter reached out through email to set an initial phone interview. The recruiter called, right on time, and was very cordial and professional. We went through my resume, and discussed work history, experiences and skills. We discussed possible salary range. I was told to take few days, discuss the details with my family, and if I was interested in moving on to the next phase to send an email, which I did. Awaiting next phone interview.

3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
