The interview process was tedious, first round interview/phone screen with HR/recruiter, then the Gallup personality test which was over the phone and conducted like an interview, then a virtual interview with the manager for the role, followed by an in person role play and interview. Beyond that i believe there was two more rounds- a field ride along and an interview with the VP.

I interviewed in person with the Hiring Manager. Lots of personality questions. Be prepared to talk about your strengths, grit, and have examples of times when you have overcome challenges and shown mental fortitude. Afterwards I took the Gallup over the phone.
