Interview
Very lengthy process. I was dragged along for 4 months with 3 interviews and a "ride-along" where I spent hours of unpaid time with someone in the position to get a feel for the position only to be told via email that I wasn't "extroverted enough" during my 2nd interview. Why put me through another interview and a day-in-the-life 2 months later if that's how you felt after the 2nd interview? no respect for people's time.

Easy get-to-know-you-type questions. The Gallup interview where they try to get an idea of your personality may be the most challenging.

Interview process includes a series of phone interviews that can lead to onsite interviews, for a total of 5 potential interviews. Each varied in length, and one was with a third party interview service. Overall, it was lengthy but expected. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
