I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2021
Interview
The process was made of several rounds. First was with recruiter then hiring manager, then Gallup behavior assessment, and the a panel of 4-5 people individually. After then I talked with potential future teammates.

Conversation with HR rep. If you pass that interview, then you advance to the gallup interview. Finally you would have a final round of interviews with managers. Mine was a virtual final round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
Applied to the role via job board and receive request to set up an interview 2 weeks later.
The interview was with a Senior R&D Manger and was expected to last 30 minutes. (Interview ended up lasting for a bit over an hour).
Overall I would rate this one of my worst interview experiences. It was evident that the interviewer was not interested. From being cut off continuously throughout the interview to the visible frustration seen if my response to his questions were more than a sentence, this interview felt more like an interrogation rather than a productive conversation to see if I was a fit candidate for the role.
The job description did not explicitly list out any specific areas of technical expertise this role required and the interviewer had noted that this role is not technical heavy. However, we still spent the majority of the time reviewing technical problems that wouldn’t be easy to prepare for.
I am interviewing with other roles at Stryker and this seems like an isolated events as my other interviews have been a positive experience.
Please view interviews like this as an extreme red flag. If you’re treated like this during an interview, you’ll be treated worse on the job.
