A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. Said recruiter never showed up and ghosted me, even after 2-3 follow ups. I ended up withdrawing my application.

It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.

Question 1
They asked me “if you were on a billboard what would it say?”
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
