I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stryker (Houston, TX) in May 2023
Interview
The official interview process is on of the lengthiest I have undergone. The full interview process consists of an initial HR screening, hiring manager, Gallup, case study, another regional manager and multiple final interviews.
Unofficially, additional expectations include networking with as many Stryker sales reps within the division you are interviewing for along the way (especially with reps on the team you are interviewing with). I would also highly recommended networking within Stryker well enough to have someone refer you into their system prior to applying to any role.

Question 1
Would you rather know a lot about a little or a little about a lot
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Question 1
Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
