Interview
I had interviews for an Onsite Specialist role for two different facilities. The first round was a call from the TA who then scheduled a Teams meeting with the Regional Sales Director. During the meeting, he was driving and didn't seem to pay much attention, which was a red flag. He later texted me to contact his sales associate for an over-the-phone interview. The questions were basic and random, and after weeks of waiting, I got a generic email saying the position was filled.
Two months later, the TA reached out again about a new position. I was excited, but the process was the same. The TA didn't remember me during our call, and the Teams call with the Director was rushed. He then texted me to contact the same sales associate, who asked to speak the following week but I needed sooner. I couldn't due to another offer deadline, and he said he'd discuss with the Director. After following up, the Director told me they went another direction. The whole process lacked professionalism and communication. I’d never apply or work for Stryker.
Interview
1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
