I was emailed 2 days prior to the interview date - very little time to prepare or accommodating to one's schedule. The interview process was definitely "new age" however, it is not the best way to learn about the role. In fact I learned very little about the role but was more "on the spot" with the 4 groups I met with. The questions were more personal based than professional i.e. what do you do for fun, how would a friend/coworker describe you, what are you currently reading? I had a good experience until I met with a table that had a very hostile and aggressive demeanor. It was very off putting especially when the questions were negative (focused on mistakes, what you do not know, and also accusatory). Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth as a result. The rest of the team members were great, however, I believe this one group had more weight than the others. Very disappointing since they seemed so welcoming and open.
