Everyone was friendly and actively engaged. I liked how much they knew about the education system and that there is continuous professional development throughout the school year. Success Academy seems like they truly work as a unit.

Easy: ask about your experience, testing, and if you are okay with students being held back. This was a quick and straightforward interview. They also inform you about the school culture which sucks.

Interview process went pretty quickly and felt more informational. Had to send an example of a psychoed, answer some questions about my own experiences, and they talked about the school's philosophy, etc.

First interview was a phone interview, then invited in for an in person interview. Vanessa was nice and explained everything. She questioned a lot about what I do in my internship and my experience with counseling/consultation.
