I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
Recruited by an internal recruiter and was requested for a phone interview. I scheduled an interview with them however then heard nothing in return. Afterwards, she contacted me and rescheduled. The interview seemed to go very well and I followed up twice with the recruiter, however, I never heard anything back. Not even a response to my follow-up e-mails. I understand there are many, many applicants although I did find this unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Jan 2018
Interview
Recruiter was the best I have ever dealt with prepared you fully for the questions they might ask. However did not get a good vibe from the company although my values aligned with theirs. They emphasize way too much on being a feedback driven environment which eventually deterred me away from further opportunities they offered. Work life balance also seemed to be an issue which I would normally bypass if valued as an employee but that didnt seem to be the case. Prepare yourself for situational and behavioral questions.
