It was a three-step process starting with an introductory phone call. Then you had to write a cover letter to the company about why you want to write a math curriculum for their schools. Then you have an interview with one person on Zoom. After you have to write a sample lesson plan and you have another interview over Zoom with three people to discuss the lesson plan you wrote.
