I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Dec 2024
Interview
Interviewer was pleasant if not a little rushed, said she'd get back by end of week then I never heard from her again. An automated rejection takes a few seconds, don't reach out to candidates if you can't do the bare minimum.
It was slightly unorganized. The team was nice but walked out of the interview knowing the opportunity was not what I wanted. I immediately withdrew after meeting the team. You need a particular skillset or industry knowledge for sure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was emailed on LinkedIn from a recruiter, about applying to full time open positions the company has. I responded, and we set up a time to have a phone conversation regarding information on open positions and the company. Recruiter was helpful. I applied. And so now I’m going to wait and see what happens. But I just say, after reading the reviews on here, I’m quite skeptical about this company and the interviewing process. Being that nearly everyone’s interview experience is starting off as a “recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn”, it’s definietly raising my eyebrows. So I’m going to keep my options wide open, not get my hopes up, and give an update on what sounds like a horrible interview process.
