This step is crucial for making sure that candidates meet the basic qualifications needed for the role.
The first in-depth interviews are then conducted by senior staff members, who possess extensive technical knowledge and experience. If you had progressed to this stage, you would have had the chance to meet with me, Mike Burton, the CEO of Superion Inc. I have nearly 30 years of experience in IT and hold multiple certifications. My goal during these interviews is to assess a candidate's technical skills and fit within our team. Our industry is highly competitive, and only the best-qualified candidates move forward in the process.
