I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
I went through a lengthy hiring process which included a 1h 1:1 Interview and a final panel interview with 5 people all of which had 30-45 mins each. So the total for the final interview was about 3 +hrs. I spend all that time only to be told I was overly qualified for the job which was extremely frustrating, they saw my resume prior to the interview, if I was overly qualified they should have told me then and not wasted 2 days worth of vacation time to book the interviews.

Other Customer Service Representative Interview Reviews for SurveyMonkey
A series of interviews, first by the recruiter. Then with the Manager, then you do a panel interview which will include others on the support team who are in more senior roles, or a lead. Usually another interview with a manager from a different location, until the final interview with your potential line manager. They will each have a topic to quiz you on: Technical, Team skills and soft skills.
