It’s basically an interview to test your communication skill set (which in my opinion doesn’t matter much to them) But it’s the commitment that you have to assure them with. You have to let them know you’re gonna work with them and stay with them.

How long are you gonna work for us? Can we expect you to stay with us for a long time of your career?
The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
