The process was very easy if you want to work for $9.00. The asked, "Will $9.00 an hour be acceptable with $8.50 an hour for training?" As soon as I answered "No" to that, and finished the other few questions I received an email saying I was not "fit" for any of the positions.

Interview
They called me for an interview, and scheduled two different dates because there it was a system error occurred as they don't work on Saturday 05/07 so I joined the correct call on 07/07 to be interviewed and hopefully be able to start on 14/07. A few days later, they sent me a communication in regard to application rejection and on 15/07 they have posted again the same job offer on Linkedin and interviewed a friend of mine...no explanation for this behavior and they wasted my time and obviously they are still looking for the position. No words...
First, an In-person interview then an online aptitude test. Pretty straight forward and asked questions such as strengths, weaknesses, etc. Second interview was with direct supervisor and was more like a formality.

3. Project manager round
Explanation:
They are expecting a fluent English communication from the candidate. Then basic knowledge on technical support role.
