I interviewed for a job at Swavorski about a week ago and the interview went well. They asked all the standard interview questions and at the end my interviewer said he thought I was a great fit and said he would reach out to at the end of the week to offer me a position. However later that day they called again to tell me they thought I was a great fit and offered me the job then, I told them I still needed to get a few of my ducks in a row before i could accept the offer and we agreed again we would talk at the end of the week and I would take it then only to receive a phone call the very next day saying they didn't think I was a good fit anymore and they wanted someone who could give their full amount of time to a PART-TIME position and said they were sorry. I'm leaving this review to warn other people that Swavorski is highly unprofessional with their interview process and will rescind a job offer for seemingly no reason at all. 0/10 would not recommend applying here.
I was invited for an interview after submitting my application. It was quite a long one — about 30 minutes for a part-time role. They asked about my previous job experience, my availability, and how I would commute to work.

Questioned my work status due to my skin color. Very unprofessional and pointed out that I have an accent although English is my first language. She said I was qualified and set a date to call me. She never did and sent me a system email saying the position has been filled.
Sono stata tartassata per un’ora e mezza, colloquio con l’area manager, per una misera posizione part time solo per il periodo natalizio. Io ho esperienza come manager, ma al momento avevo bisogno di un part time. Mi ha messo in discussione su tutto, degradando e denigrando le mie esperienze.
