Interview
Two on site interviews at Swiss Re in Adliswil.
First one was with Team leader and team member. It was very relaxing and nice and it was a great chance to get the feeling of the team. Questions based on past experiences and some general questions.
Second one was with hr recruiter and a panel of department leader, team leaders and team members. Started off by an interview with the hr recruiter and i found the way people interact in Swiss Re is very comfortable and friendly. Questions were mainly general questions but focused on the job and company. Then it was a presentation and Q&A for an hour in front of the panel. It was very fun. Questions can be technical and difficult.
In general, I have had a very positive experience and I have got the feeling that the culture of Swiss Re is really what I enjoy.
It is quite a long process. HR interview, written test and then the technical round happens. The level is average, not that difficult. Offers good opportunity to people looking to start
There were several rounds of interview, nothing too technical as it is an entry level role. The only technical round was an initial written test. Last round was hr discussion, other rounds were discussion with team lead about previous experiences, character etc
I interviewed for the role of an Associate weather derivatives. The questions are quick but pretty basic. Focus on your basics and all the best. Pro tip know about the company's culture.
