I'm really sorry about how badly this was handled. I understand this must have been very disappointing for you. The 60-second video was designed to help us filter the circa 1000 applications we had received. However, we soon realised that a 60-second video clip was not the best approach, and have since decided to discontinue that part of the process. I appreciate that you put a lot of effort into your video, so please accept my sincere apologies and feel free to apply for the role again in the near future (don't worry, no video this time).
