It wasn't technical. It was more of a personal interview. I got the offer the very next day. I had only two weeks to decide. They really focus on your leadership skills instead of any technical skills that you should have.

What was your most difficult experience you learned from?
What are some times you had to be a leader and what did you do?
Applied and got an interview over zoom where I was asked why I liked analytics, the company etc. No coding involved just personal background and got an offer days later
