Interview
It consist of 2 interviews with the first one being behavioral questions and the second was a interview with the technology leader to discuss feedback and also discuss next steps of the internship.
The Synchrony BLP interview process evaluates candidates through Behavioral STAR Method questions and a case study. It assesses problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership by requiring structured responses focused on Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability, and strategic execution to showcase their ability to drive impact.
loved the internship here, it was a fun learning experience during the summer. Love the idea of a business leadership program to assist incoming graduates. Lots of hands on experience, the interns are given real projects to work on throughout the summer.
