I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Houston, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a lengthy process. First they call you for a phone interview and ask basic questions to see if your eligible for the job. Hours, availability, etc. Next you interview with the store manager that you applied to. Pass that then you have another interview with a 3rd party manager in a different store. PASS THAT and you go into their corporate office for a group interview with every manager in the district present. If you can impress them then your scheduled for your LAST interview with your store manager and district manger both present. So in total you have FIVE interviews to go through. Stay strong.

Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
