Interview
So far, I have only been through the initial phone interview. I was first contacted by email, through which we scheduled a telephone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant, and allowed me to do much of the talking, to get a sense of who I am and what I was looking for. She prompted me with general questions, and allowed me to expand on those ideas. It was really more of a conversation than than an interview, which was not intimidating in any way.

Nothing she asked was too difficult. Like I said it was more of a conversation than anything. Explain a time when you had to discipline an associate, would be the most difficult.
Simple and fun. Easy conversion from retail to care leadership. Coach role, interview was really nice. Moving my date and time was easy. Looking forward to round two. Makes sure to dress up
