I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Group interviews and managers decide who they want to take on based on how well you present yourself and answer the questions. because the hiring pool for retail is so lacking its easy to find that one candidate who will make the cut. The process itself is long so don't hold your breath it has become very tedious for management to hire because even if they need people like I said the talent poll is dry and they have way too high a expectation plus they have a million other things to worry about on a daily basis thanks to the stress from upper management
