Interview
Went to meet with one of the HR ladies.
She was very rude, her eyes were glued to her monitor, trying to type while I was speaking.
She was just reading off the questions, almost no chance for me to make an eye contact, her tone was like,
She kept on asking me 'why did you leave this job'....
'ok, you know you can't make it just answer this question and get out of my office.'
When the interview has finished she was acting as if she was trying to push me out of the door.
Wow, is this how TD HR treats its candidates?
I know I'm not going to get an offer but that was very rude and disrespectful.
I am upset because this is the position I really wanted....
I'm just so upset!

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.

They asked about my customer service experience and how I problem solved.
there were two interviews with the hiring manager and HR person. took approximately 3 weeks from begin to end of when first applied. normal type of behaviour questions were asked
