I was invited to an online video call. The intern was leading the call while the manager was listening and providing insights on the side. The intern was mainly providing more information on the role and answering basic questions such as the day to day and how the company would assist their newbies.

They emphasised that you would need to be very committed to the role of a recruiter. Due to the sales like position, it can be hard to find proper work life balance. It is not a very routine clock into office day to day job.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
