I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
Invited to go to their open house from a recruiter during the career fair at my college. Met with the entire workplace and learned about the process of recruiting. When you talk to each individual, remember that they are seeing if you'd be a good fit with the culture of the workplace. Received an opportunity for an interview. They have you come in when the workday begins, at 8 am, observe the opening meeting, meet other members of the team, observe specific recruiters, then have an interview with two account managers to see if you'd be a good fit, then they take you out to lunch to continue getting to know you, then you come back to interview with the DBO, director of business operations. You should know in about a week if they extend the offer to you.
