Interview
A simple interview with no curve-ball questions. They basically just asked my about my experience and education. I had my documentation submitted already so they just went off of my resume and cover letter.

What is BIOS? What kind of experience have you had in IT? What do you know about this?
Very basic questions, very friendly and they gauge what you're looking for based on your experience. They are very good at finding the right role for you. They make sure you find something either hybrid, remote or onsite for excellent pay

Interview
I had a recruiter from TEKsystems reach out to me about an opportunity in a LinkedIn message that I was interested in moving forward, so we scheduled a time for a call in which the recruiter no-showed. I reached back out asking for an update on the missed connection and she rescheduled with me for a new time, but once again no showed without any communications as to why she was unable to connect and zero follow up from her after the second time she ghosted me.

No questions were asked because the recruiter ghosted me twice and was not able to connect with me on a call to ask any questions.
There were three rounds of interviews. first interview was a video conf with the recruiter, second was a phone interview with the account manager, and the third was a phone interview with the client.
