I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
After having an on campus interview and phone interview, I did an in person. The interview took 7+ hours and they don't offer to pay for hotel or travel. I thought the interview went well, but I was not offered the job. I replied asking for feedback on how to improve with no response. It was annoying to spend so much time in a car and hotel which was not paid for just to be rejected with no feedback. In addition, after being rejected, I still have recruiters constantly asking me to apply here. I was also told during my phone interview that they were not hiring in one location, but a recruiter from Linkedin told me otherwise. They are unprofessional, sketchy, and don't have their stories straight.

Interview
Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TEKsystems
Interview
Okay not difficult but no feedback after waiting to hear back from them. Go through your experience and motivations, what you think a day in recruitment is like, 3 stage process, you will see loads of people
