This was the worst interview I have ever experienced in my entire life. The intial phone screening was fantastic. He also emailed what to expect as far as questions they would ask me during the face-to-face interview. I was fully prepared to answer questions, and I am usually good in interviews. I was interviewed in person by two managers. Before we even began talking I was cut off by Jeff saying "Before we begin, this will not be the average interview, so I want you to be as personal with your questions as possible!" I should have cut the interview and ran for the hills as soon as I heard that sentence. As the interview went on, they asked a lot of questions in one question. As I answered each one I would get cut off by Jeff saying "That is not the answer I'll except!" It got really personal to the point I was rather uncomfortable. The last question was "Out of all this (hand jesters over my resume) what do you want? Where do you want to go with all of this? What is your goal?" My answer was, "I want to have a career with a company I can grow in, that values me and eventually guides me into leadership"... I was cut off again by Jeff who then said "Are you listening? That is not what the question was. I would have expected an answer like, "I would like to have this opportunity to put a down payment on my future house that I am trying to purchase in the near future!" And then he goes to say, "One last question, I'm going to be honest, this interview isn't going well, I don't want to waste your time, I won't be moving forward." I turned to him and said, "I thought you were going to ask me a question, since you started the statement as, "One last question"? I said a few more things and then said "I am totally cool with not moving forward!" I let myself out. I would never recommend interviewing with this company to any of my friends.
